Refund and Return Policy

Overview

At Ispat Club, we are committed to serving freshly prepared, hygienic, and high-quality food. Since all food items are freshly prepared and perishable, please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted once an order has been prepared or delivered.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, Ispat Club cannot accept the return of any food or beverage item, whether opened or unopened.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, missing, or unavailable item, you may be eligible for a refund after verification. Physical return of the food item is not required.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation begins. Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If an order is cancelled before food preparation begins and the cancellation is approved by Ispat Club, the eligible refund will normally be processed to the original payment method used for placing the order. In exceptional circumstances, the refund may instead be credited to the customer’s Ispat Club Wallet.

Unavailable Items

If one or more items in your order are unavailable due to stock, operational, or other reasons, those items may be removed from your order while the remaining available items continue to be prepared and delivered.

The value of the unavailable item(s) will normally be refunded to the original payment method used for placing the order. In exceptional circumstances, the eligible refund may instead be credited to the customer’s Ispat Club Wallet.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only for eligible situations, including:

  • Approved order cancellations before food preparation begins.
  • Unavailable items.
  • Missing items.
  • Incorrect items delivered.
  • Damaged food or packaging.
  • Delivery failure attributable to Ispat Club.

Where payment has been made online through PhonePe or any other supported payment method, approved refunds will normally be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, UPI application, card issuer, or payment service provider, it may take approximately 5–7 business days after processing for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

In exceptional circumstances, including technical limitations, payment gateway restrictions, operational requirements, or where mutually agreed with the customer, Ispat Club may process the eligible refund by crediting the amount to the customer’s Ispat Club Wallet instead of the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed using only one of the above methods for the applicable transaction.

Ispat Club Wallet Credits

Where a refund is issued as Ispat Club Wallet Credits, the credited amount may be used for full or partial payment of future orders placed through Ispat Club.

  • Wallet credits may be issued in exceptional circumstances or where agreed with the customer.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable.
  • Wallet credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Wallet credits cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
  • Wallet credits can only be used for eligible purchases made on Ispat Club.
  • Wallet credits may be subject to an expiry period, if specified in the customer’s wallet.

Missing, Incorrect, Damaged or Unavailable Items

If, after receiving your order, you find that one or more item(s) are missing, incorrect, damaged, unavailable, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support within 30 minutes of delivery. Please provide your Order ID along with supporting photographs, where applicable.

Our team will review and verify your request. Once approved, the eligible refund will normally be processed to the original payment method used for placing the order. In exceptional circumstances, the refund may instead be issued as Ispat Club Wallet Credits.

Refunds will be issued only for the affected item(s). Delivery charges and the value of correctly delivered items are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled by Ispat Club.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Cancellation requested after food preparation has started.
  • Incorrect delivery address or contact number provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location.
  • Food that has been partially or fully consumed.
  • Complaints raised more than 30 minutes after delivery.
  • Minor delivery delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, festivals, security restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Customer dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste or preference.

Delivery Failure

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to Ispat Club, the eligible refund will normally be processed to the original payment method used for placing the order. In exceptional circumstances, the refund may instead be credited to the customer’s Ispat Club Wallet.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been been approved, Ispat Club will initiate the refund as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds to the original payment method generally take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment service provider. Refunds issued as Ispat Club Wallet Credits are generally credited immediately after approval unless delayed due to technical or operational reasons.
