Delivery Areas

Ispat Club currently delivers food orders only to locations that fall within our designated delivery zones. Availability of delivery services may vary depending on your location, operational capacity, weather conditions, and other factors.

If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, your order may not be accepted.

Order Processing

All food items are freshly prepared after your order has been confirmed. Preparation time may vary depending on the menu items ordered, kitchen workload, and operational requirements.

Orders are processed only after successful order confirmation and, where applicable, payment verification.

Delivery

All orders placed through Ispat Club are delivered exclusively by Ispat Club’s authorized delivery personnel. We do not use third-party courier or parcel delivery services for food deliveries unless specifically notified.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, order volume, security procedures, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you place your order. Delivery charges may vary depending on your delivery location and promotional offers.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

  • Complete delivery address.
  • Valid mobile number.
  • Correct landmark or location details, where applicable.
  • Availability at the delivery location to receive the order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delayed delivery, failed delivery, or cancellation of the order.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery personnel will make reasonable efforts to contact you if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. If the customer cannot be contacted or is unavailable to receive the order within a reasonable period, the order may be treated as a failed delivery.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver every order promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, security restrictions, high order volumes, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

Ispat Club shall not be liable for reasonable delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

  • The customer is unavailable at the delivery address.
  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided.
  • The customer cannot be contacted using the registered mobile number.
  • Entry to the delivery location is restricted or denied.
  • The customer refuses to accept the order.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or replacement.

Customers may receive order status updates through the website, email, SMS, or phone call, depending on the services available at the time of ordering.

Shipping Restrictions

Ispat Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel deliveries in situations involving safety concerns, natural disasters, law and order issues, severe weather conditions, or any circumstance that may endanger our delivery personnel or affect service quality.
